We'll be at Game Industry Conference (GIC) in Poznan on 25th to 27nd October and hold a talk "HLOD can save your game".
Simplygon GIC 2024 Talk: HLOD can save your game!
Simplygon will share their knowledge on asset optimization for massive open world games. This talk will cover the key ingredient to making them run smooth - HLOD. It will cover what it is and which tools are suitable for generating HLOD for static meshes and vegetation. To put theory into practice we'll do performance comparison in Unity and Unreal Engine 5.
